Password Management Module enables the user to reset active directory account password, unlock account and update user information. This helps to save the time of the user as there is no dependency on the administrator to manage the account.
The Password Management module can be accessed by the end user through the following mediums:
- Web Portal: The user can access the features of password management module by opening the website provided by the organization.
- Mobile Application: The user can access the password management on phone by installing the Summit password management application.
Prerequisites for Mobile Application:
- The application is compatible with iPod touch 4, iPhone 4, iPhone 5, iPhone6, iPhone7, iPad 2, iPad mini or iPad with Retina display and iOS 6.1 or higher versions.
- The prerequisites of the phone with android OS(2.3V or higher) are: ARMv7 processor with vector FPU, minimum 550MHz, OpenGL ES 2.0, H.264 and AAC HW decoders.
