UI Changes

  • New HPE 3PAR option is available for the Server Type on the FILTERS pop-up page of the APPLICATION PARAMETER THRESHOLD. Select this option to search the newly added Groups and the respective Parameters.

  • You can select the Copy Below checkbox to replicate the values in the first row of that column to all the subsequent empty rows.
    For example:
If you select the Copy Below checkbox of the column Threshold Values, the value 9000 in the first row of the column replicates in all the empty rows of that column. See the below screenshot:

Configuration

  1. On the SERVICE ENTITLEMENT page, select the Monitoring Parameters (Operations > Configuration > General > Service Entitlement > Select the Tenant and Device Type as Server from the Filters pop-up page > Click ADD NEW on the ACTIONS panel and specify the Service Entitlement name > Select the required parameter’s check box and click SUBMIT). For more information, see Configuring Service Entitlements.

  2. On the APPLICATION PARAMETER THRESHOLD page, select the required filter criteria with the Server Type as Oracle Additional, and configure the threshold value to create an Event or log an Incident (Operations > Configuration > General > Application Parameter Threshold > Select the Tenant , Device Type as Server, and other required details from the Filters pop-up page > Click SEARCH > Specify the required Threshold values, Action Template, and Incident Template  > Click SUBMIT). For more information, see Configuring Application Parameter Threshold.
