License Key Inventory Report

The License Key Inventory report provides a list of Assets along with the license names and related license keys of the Software installed in the Assets. Software Asset managers will find this report useful when they want to analyze the license usage for a specific asset or a group to assets. It displays the asset details such as Asset ID, Asset Serial No, Host name, Asset Allocation Status, and Customer. 

Admin or Analyst can access the report based on access privileges assigned through roles.

Steps to access License Key Inventory Report
To view the License Key Inventory report, perform the following steps:

1. Navigate to Reports > Asset Management > License Key Inventory Report.
2. Click Filters.
   The Filters pop-up page is displayed.

3. Enter or select the values for Filter fields as described in the Field Description table.
   Field Description
   

   Fields	Description
   Tenant	Select the Tenant from the list. For more information, see Configuring Tenant.
   Customer	Select the Customer from the list.
   Location	Select the location from the LOCATION tree. For more information, see Configuring Location.
   Include Store Asset	Select the check box to include In-Store Assets.
   Product Name	To view all the Products, enter %, and then click SEARCH. To view a specific Product, enter %<product's name>%, and then click SEARCH.
   Product
   Available Products	Displays all the available Products based on the search in the Product Name field. Click the  icon to include a Product in the Restrict Product To field.
   Restrict Product To	Displays all the Products that are selected in the Available Product field. Click the icon to remove a Product.

4. Click Submit.
   The License Key Inventory report is displayed. A sample screenshot is shown below:

   The License Key Inventory report displays the fields such as Asset ID, Asset Code, Serial Number, Host Name, Asset Status, User Name and so on. Click on the number hyperlink under Asset ID column of the License Key Inventory report. It displays the ASSET LIST page with information about the specific asset such as Asset ID, BIC, Asset Location, Category, Serial Number, Asset Description and so on. Click the Refresh Report to fetch latest details for the report. Any changes performed after the Reports page was loaded, will reflect if you click on Refresh Report .
