Asset Return Status Report

The Asset Return Status Report displays a tabular report about the temporary allocated Assets and their return status as returned or not returned to the Store. The primary purpose of this report is to efficiently manage and track the software and hardware assets. You can view the Asset details, such as Asset floor, Asset location, return date, and so on.Ā 
Admin or Analyst can access the report based on access privileges assigned through roles.

Asset Return Status report is useful to find out the count of the available assets based on their return status. This report provides you with an easy evaluation of temporary allocated assets in your organization. You can also find out how many temporary assets are allocated to a specific department/individual and for what duration. It avoids financial loses and security concerns.Ā

Steps to access Asset Return Status Report

To view the Asset Return Status report, perform the following steps:

  1. Navigate toĀ ReportsĀ >Ā Asset ManagementĀ >Ā Asset Return Status Report.Ā 
  2. ClickĀ Filters.
    TheĀ FiltersĀ pop-up page is displayed.

  3. Enter or select the values for Filter fields as described in the Field Description table.

    TenantSelect the required tenant from the drop-down list. For more information, seeĀ Configuring Tenant.
    From DateSpecify the start date of the time period for which you want to display the report.
    To Date

    Specify the end date of the time period for which you want to display the report.

    Return Status

    Select the type of the status from the drop-down list. Available options are as follows:

    • ALL - If selected, the reports displays the list of all assets which are either returned or not returned.
    • Returned - If selected, the reports displays the list of assets which are returned.
    • Not Returned - If selected, the reports displays the list of assets which are not returned.
  4. Click Submit.
    The Asset Return Status report is displayed. A sample screenshot is shown below:



    The Asset Return Status report displays the fields such as Asset ID, Asset Code, Allocation Type, Emp. ID Emp. Name, Contact Number and so on. Click on the number hyperlink under Asset ID column of the Asset Return Status report. It displays the ASSET DETAILS page with detailed information about the specific asset. A sample screenshot is shown below:

Click the Refresh Report to fetch latest details for the report. Any changes performed after the Reports page was loaded, will reflect if you click on Refresh Report .

ACTIONS

You can perform following actions from theĀ ACTIONSĀ panel of the Asset Return Status report page.

Exports the displayed recordsĀ on the page to a Microsoft Excel sheet.

Exports the complete list of report records to a Microsoft Excel sheet.
