Description
Document Repository contains all the documents uploaded by the Administrators or Analysts. The End Users can view the various documents, such as Reference Files, User Manuals, Invoices, and so on, to which they have access.
Advantages
It provides one repository where all the related documents can be viewed and uploaded, such as policy documents or SLA documents..
Accessing the Feature
Administrators can upload and view documents using the Upload Document page (Admin > Advanced > Documents > Upload Documents), see Uploading Documents. The End Users can view the documents to which they have access on the USER DASHBOARD page under the OTHERS section on the MY DOCUMENTS tile (see: Analyst Dashboard).
