What's New?

Using this option, the Analysts can export the Change Records on the Change Record List page to a Microsoft Excel Sheet. Additionally, in the Microsoft Excel Sheet, the Analyst can view the complete description and information of Change Records without being trimmed.

How it Works?

To Export Change Records to a Microsoft Excel Sheet:

  1. Select Change > User > Change Record List. The Change Record List page is displayed.

  2. Click the EXPORT TO EXCEL icon on the ACTIONS panel to export Change Requests on a particular page to a Microsoft Excel Sheet.
  3. Click the EXPORT ALL icon on the ACTIONS panel to export all the Change Requests to a Microsoft Excel Sheet. For more information, see: Viewing List of Change Records (CRs)

    Note:

    The Change Record list is exported based on the selected filter conditions or view. Also, the columns on the Microsoft Excel Sheet depends on the columns configured for the respective view (Tabular or Tile) on the CONFIGURE COLUMNS pop-up.
