Improved Discovery Configuration page
What's New?
Now, SummitAI provides the following features and improvements on the DISCOVERY page:
- Provided Consider all IP Addresses till the last octet of the Subnet To check box.
- Renamed Protocols field to Extended Discovery. Also, provided an option None.
Provided multiple selection to select multiple users for WMI, SSH, and SNMP protocols.
Provided Enable Nmap Discovery check box.
Note:
If the Enable Nmap Discovery check box is selected, the Nmap Exe Path gets displayed. If there is no path defined for the Nmap Exe, the application considers the Root path.
Business Benefits
- Provision to select IP addresses between the between Subnet From and Subnet To while discovering devices. This can be achieved by selecting Consider all IP Addresses till the last octet of the Subnet To check box.
Capability to select multiple users for WMI, SSH, and SNMP protocols.
- Introduced a new flag Enable Nmap Discovery, using which devices are discovered based on the reachability of the Nmap exe followed by the selected protocol.
UI Changes
SummitAI has improved the look and feel of the DISCOVERY page for the better UI. The UI enhancements are provided on the following pages:
On the DISCOVERY list page:

Status Now, instead of tick mark, the status is displayed as Error or Completed or Not Started. Re-run Now, the Re-run icon is changed as .
