Export Problem Record User Communication and Private Log Details in PDF

What's New?
Now, using the EXPORT TO PDF option, the user can export User Communication and Private Log details of a Problem Record. For more information, see Exporting Problem Record Details in PDF.
To export User Communication and Private Log details in PDF, the Administrator must enable the User Communication and Private log sections on the PDF CONTENT DESIGNER page. For more information, see PDF Content Designer Configuration.
UI Changes
On the PDF CONTENT DESIGNER page (Admin > Basic > Infrastructure > PDF Content Designer), the following sections are added.
- User communication
- Private Log
Select the check box next to the section names as shown below.
