What is Context-Sensitive Help?

This is an intelligent assistance feature that delivers targeted online help based on the user's current context on the Summit Service Automation application, making it easier find answers and improve user experience. You no longer need to search for documentation help as it is readily available in the Service Automation application itself in the form of help-widget itself. By clicking on the help-widget, you can access specific documentation help pertaining to the configuration page on the app.

This feature is available from Service Automation v7SP2 version.

Workflow Viewer pop-up displays success and failure execution status in a color-coded format, enabling identification and differentiation between successful and failed executions.

Refresh Interval control on Execution History page

Workflow Execution History page contains Refresh Interval control to modify the refresh timeline as per requirement.

Set the interval from 0-5 mins or hit hard refresh for immediate action.
