124200 | When an Analyst clones a Change Record (CR) and then saves the new CR as a Draft, the status of the CR was getting updated as Requested instead of Draft. | Steps:

The notification template was not picking the correct status in Subject when CR is auto closed | Prerequisites: 1. Configure the ‘Change Request Closing Mode’ as auto and Auto Closing Days as 1 at the tenant level for desired tenant. 2. Auto Close Change Request’ job should be running. Steps:
1. Navigate to Change > User > New Change Record. 2. Select the Tenant and the Owner Workgroup. 3. Select the Change Type as Normal. 4. Link the CI, enter all mandatory field, and submit. A CR Id will be created. 5. Authorize the CR, Approve the CR and Implement the CR. 6. Wait for the configured interval for Auto closing. 7. Verify the Email Subject and Body for the closed status notification template mail. | The correct status is displayed in Subject when CR is auto closed. |
