You can configure the Approver on the APPROVER CONFIGURATION pop-up page.
To configure Approver:
- Select Asset > Configuration > Others > Deactivation Approval Matrix. The DEACTIVATION APPROVAL MATRIX page is displayed.
- On the ACTIONS panel of the DEACTIVATION APPROVAL MATRIX page, click CONFIGURE APPROVER. The CONFIGURE APPROVER pop-up page is displayed.

- Click SUBMIT.
Field Description
The following table describes the fields on the CONFIGURE APPROVER pop-up page:
Field | Description |

Tenant | Select a Tenant from the drop-down list. |
Master Type Value | Select a value from the drop-down list. The type of the Approver is configured on the COMMON MASTER TYPE page. The Master Type Value is configured on the COMMON MASTER page. |
Approver | Type in and select the name of the Approver. |
Active | If selected, this configuration becomes active. |
