The Asset Depreciation Report displays the depreciation details (depreciated values and the current values) for the Assets of a particular Tenant and Category. The depreciation is calculated by different depreciation methods, such as Straight Line Method, Down Line Method, Default Methods, and so on. Each Method is represented by a color code and the color codes are displayed on the report to indicate the particular method used to calculate the depreciation of a particular Asset. ACTIONS
This section explains all the icons displayed on the ACTIONS panel of the ASSET DEPRECIATION REPORT.
Filters
Click Filters icon on the ACTIONS panel to specify the filter criteria to display a particular set of Assets detailing their current value and depreciated value.

Click PRINT to print the records displayed on the page.
EXPORT TO EXCEL
Click EXPORT TO EXCEL to export the records displayed in the report to a Microsoft Excel sheet.
