Configure Domain Filter
Upon identifying an Incident by an Analyst, the Analyst is navigated to log an Incident. Upon creating a New Incident for a user, the Domain Filter dropdown has been introduced. Based on the selected Domain the Caller field is populated with the list of users.

Configure Domain Filter and Caller fields for New Incident for User
A new dropdown has been introduced for Domain Filter upon creating a New Incident for a User. The list on the Domain Filter dropdown depends on the role template access which is given to the Domain User. Upon selecting the Tenant, the Caller field is displayed and the Caller list is populated with users having access to the selected Domain.
To Configure Domain Filter and Caller fields, perform the following steps:
- Log in to the application.
- Navigate to Incident > User > New Incident for User.
This option allows the user to create a new Incident.

List is populated based on the User Role Template Access.

At the Tenant level global role access is given. To configure the same for a Domain user, click here. Choose Tenant from the dropdown list.
List is populated with all the Tenants configured under the selected Domain.
Below are the scenarios:
If User from Global Domain selects Global Domain, then the Tenants from the Global Domain are displayed based on the role template access given to User from the Global Domain.

If User from Global Domain selects Local Domain, then all the Tenants from the selected Local Domain are displayed based on the role template access given to the User from the Local Domain.

If User from Local Domain selects Local Domain, all the Tenants from the selected Local Domain are displayed based on the role template access given to the User from the Local Domain.

Caller values are populated in the search list based on the Domain Selected by the User.
Below are the scenarios:
If User from Global Domain selects Global Domain and Tenant, then callers from Global Domain Users having role template access to Tenant are displayed.

If User from Global Domain selects Local Domain and Tenant, then callers from Local Domain having role template access to Tenant are displayed.

If User from Local Domain selects Local Domain and Tenant, then callers from Local Domain having role template access to Tenant are displayed.

Tenant Configuration for Domain User
On the Tenant Configuration page, Admin can select checkbox for Creation of an Incident for Global Users.
To configure Domain User at Tenant level for an Analyst, perform the following steps:
- Navigate to Admin > Infrastructure > Tenant.
This will help the admin to configure Domain User at Tenant level.

Allows you to select Incident creation for global users.

This will help you configure the Tenant and at Module level.

This allows you to configure at Tenant level for a Module.

Upon selecting all the global callers will be displayed in the Caller field dropdown for the selected Tenant.

Below are the scenarios:
- If the checkbox Allow Creation of Incident for Global Users is selected, users from Global Domain are displayed.
